London, UK & Boston, MA — 22nd June 2026— Zeelo, the all-in-one provider for group transportation, today announced the appointment of Andrew Collins as Chairman of the Board as the company enters its tenth year of operations, and prepares for its next decade of growth.

Collins will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer of global private aviation leader Flexjet while serving as Non-Executive Chairman of the Zeelo Board, collaborating with the company’s leadership and board to accelerate strategic growth, foster product innovation, and expand its global footprint.

Bringing deep expertise in acquisitions, operational transformation, and revenue growth, Collins has spent over 20 years leading and scaling transportation, aviation, and technology‑enabled companies.

Collins' Experience

At Flexjet, he is spearheading a global expansion that has led to the development of private aviation’s largest fully-integrated global maintenance network, an expanding network of Flexjet‑Exclusive Private Terminal facilities in the U.S. and Europe, as well as the advancement of a global operations model intuitively aligned with Owner Services, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience for Flexjet customers across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

As President and CEO of Sentient Jet, he helped grow the business into a $450 million EBITDA-positive company through digital transformation, operational improvements, and commercial expansion. He has also played a key role in several strategic acquisitions, including the acquisition of PrivateFly in Europe, and the formation of Flexjet's helicopter division through the acquisitions of Halo Aviation in the U.K. and Associated Aircraft Group from Lockheed Martin in the U.S.

Zeelo's Growth Ambitions

His appointment comes at a significant moment for Zeelo. Since its founding in 2016, the company has grown into a leading provider of fully managed employee and student transportation services across North America, the UK, and Ireland, helping organizations improve workforce access, reduce transportation costs, and achieve sustainability goals through technology-enabled shuttle programs.

"Zeelo has built something truly special over the last decade. The business is operating at the intersection of transportation, technology, and workforce mobility, solving a challenge that has become increasingly important for employers and communities alike.

"Over the last eighteen months, I've had the privilege of working closely with Andrew and have seen first-hand the depth of his strategic thinking, operational expertise, and ability to scale complex transportation businesses," said Sam Ryan, Co-Founder and CEO of Zeelo. "As we enter our tenth year, we're incredibly excited to welcome him as Non-Executive Chairman in addition to his existing responsibilities. His experience building category-defining brands, leading transformational growth, and navigating international expansion will be invaluable as we continue to grow our impact and deliver on our mission."

"Zeelo has built something truly special over the last decade," said Collins. "The business is operating at the intersection of transportation, technology, and workforce mobility, solving a challenge that has become increasingly important for employers and communities alike. What excites me most is the scale of the opportunity ahead. Zeelo has an outstanding team, a strong market position, and a solution that delivers measurable value for customers. I'm delighted to be joining the board as Chairman and look forward to supporting the company through its next chapter of growth."

The appointment reflects Zeelo's continued investment in strengthening its board and leadership team as demand for managed transportation solutions continues to grow globally. With employers increasingly focused on workforce access, retention, and sustainability, Zeelo is well-positioned to expand its impact across existing and new markets over the coming decade. The appointment reflects Collins' personal participation as an independent board chairman and does not represent a corporate relationship between Zeelo and Flexjet.
